Is my Gift Card only good at one location/resort?
Your gift card is good at all Boyne Resorts owned facilities in Maine, Michigan, Montana and New Hampshire. Â A complete listing of locations that accept gift cards can be found on each resort gift card page.
How do I find out the balance on my Gift Card?
You can visit any of our locations that accept gift cards to check your balance. If you are not close to one you can call 877.228.2742.
Where can I go to (physically) buy a Gift Card?
At all the retail locations found at each resort.
Where can I use my Gift Card?
Your gift card is good at all Boyne Resorts owned facilities in Maine, Michigan, Montana and New Hampshire. A complete listing of locations that accept gift cards can be found on each resort gift card page.
Can I have the Gift Card sent to the card recipient?
Gift cards can be mailed directly to the recipient you choose. The cards are not customizable, but will be packaged with the resort material you choose.
Will my Gift Card balance expire if it is not used within a certain time period?
No, but the longer you hold a card, the greater your chance of losing it. Keep in mind that gift cards hate being cooped up in a desk drawer for extended periods of time. They are far happier when they can be useful.
What type of shipping options do I have ?
We can ship either Priority Mail (four days) or Express Mail (two days). You can select your shipping method during the beginning of the checkout process.
