Boyne strives to assist its resort guests in their vacation planning by offering supervised childcare and snowsports programs. We recognize the sensitivity of children's information and take extra care when handling it.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental or guardian consent. When you enroll a child in our programs or contact us on behalf of a child, you understand and agree that we may collect limited information necessary for participation and safety, such as:

• Child's full name and date of birth
• Parent/guardian name, email, local address, and phone number
• Emergency contact and medical or allergy information required for safe participation
• Consent and waiver forms signed by a parent or guardian

All child-related data is collected from a parent or legal guardian and is used only for program administration, health & safety, and communication about the child's activities. The information is stored in accordance with industry practices. We never sell children's personal information, and we share it only as may be required by state licensing authorities.

Parental Rights: If you are a parent or guardian and want to review, update, or request deletion of your child's information, contact us at privacy@boyneresorts.com or 844.207.8317. We will verify your identity and respond promptly to honor requests consistent with applicable law and state licensing conditions. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us without your consent, notify us so we may take steps to remove the information.
